Popeyes store opened in Hyd
JubilantFoodWorks, a foodservice company, has opened first outlet of Popeyes, an US-based fried chicken food restaurant, at Asian Sathyam Mall in the city.

Hyderabad JubilantFoodWorks, a foodservice company, has opened first outlet of Popeyes, an US-based fried chicken food restaurant, at Asian Sathyam Mall in the city.
The company at present has 18 stores overall in the country and to expand by 50 stores in FY24. The company also reached one million customers since its launch in last year.
"We are overjoyed to bring Popeyes to Hyderabad, fifth city for the brand in India.People of Hyderabad can now enjoy the bold Cajun flavours of fried chicken, burger (sandwich) in a brioche bun and french fries. Seeing the lines outside the restaurant, we are humbled by the response that we are getting and motivating us to launch more restaurants in the city in this year,” Sameer Khetarpal, CEO and MD, Jubilant FoodWorks, said.
Popeyes offer in chicken varieties like burger, wraps, rice bowls, and side dishes. The restaurant als offers Indian special hot and messy fried chicken and also introduced vegetarian items for Indian customers.
Gaurav Pande, Executive vice-president and Head of Business, Popeyes India, said, “Our chicken, freshly sourced, freshly prepared and marinated over 12 hours, showcases our dedication to providing our customers with dishes that are flavourful to the very last bite."
